Lead Times
Standard lead time on large orders is 3 - 5 working days (UK Mainland; stock dependent).
Small deliveries are 3 - 5 working days as standard (UK Mainland; stock dependant).
Sample packs are sent via Royal Mail.
Organising Delivery After Placing Your Order
Onnce your order has been placed our delivery team will call you to arrange a delivery slot in your area.
Important Delivery Terms
The products will be unloaded from the van. A person must be present to sign for receipt. The delivery drivers are not insured to help unload the goods beyond the property kerbside. We, therefore, recommend that two people are present to carry the delivery to the desired location.
If delivery has been confirmed, a large delivery on a specific date, and on the delivery date there was no person available to take delivery, an additional delivery fee will be charged. For full terms of our deliveries please read our terms and conditions.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the condition of the goods once delivered, you must indicate this upon receipt of the goods. Please take pictures as evidence and inform the BenMartyn team immediately by calling 07845705559 or emailing Sales@benmartyn.com. Our team will then resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
FAQ’s
Can I Pick Up My Order From Your Warehouse?
Yes, if you give us notice we can arrange. We will confirm a date and time for your order to be ready to be collected from our warehouse. No delivery charge would be applicable to your order in this instance.
Can You Do Next Day Delivery?
We can offer next day delivery. For more information please contact us for more information.
Can I Add Additional Items To My Order?
We would need to be contacted as soon as possible to see if we can amend the order. It will depend on if your delivery has left the warehouse and if the van can take the extra stock added to the order. Every attempt will be made to accommodate the additional items.
Please note that adding to an order may incur an additional delivery charge if the order has to be shipped out separately.

What Can I Do If I Want To Return Items?
We can accept returns so long as the materials are received back at our warehouse in perfect condition. If you are having trouble arranging a return or are unable to return directly, we can sometimes offer a collection service for mainland England and Wales. The collection cost is the same as the delivery cost to your area. Please inquire for a quote and further information.
You must also notify us if you wish to return any goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please call our Customer Support team by emailing sales@benmartyn.com stating your reason for return. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. We will provide you with a returns form which must be attached to the goods being returned.
